a. Unzip the files to a location you desire.
b. You can essentially ignore "include.php." Unless you rename "guestbook.txt,"
   you won't need to edit that file.
c. Upload "captcha.php", "font.gdf," "guestbook.php," "guestbook.txt,"
   "include.php," "sign.php," and the "images" directory to the same directory
   on your site.
d. There are a handful of options you can change, including censored words, at
   the top of "sign.php."
e. View "guestbook.php" in your browser to view your new guestbook in action.

If you rename "guestbook.txt," you'll need to edit the file name at the top of
"include.php" and "sign.php."

NOTE: "font.gdf" is the font used in the CAPTCHA verification image. It is a
necessary file, although you can download a different ".gdf" font file and
replace it if you wish.

You may need to CHMOD "guestbook.txt" to 755 or 777 so that entries can be added
properly. Most FTP programs have the option to change the attributes when you
right click the file.

755 = readable, writable, and executable by owner; readable and executable by
      group and public.
777 = readable, writable, and executable by owner, group, and public.

You can style the guestbook however you like using either CSS or (X)HTML.
